Pricing
There are 3 types of Porch Enclosures that we install:
3-Season Enclosure
Starting from
$35,000
A 3-season, unheated/uncooled enclosure that can have multiple uses, but most often is used as a mud room.
Costs can increase with options like closets and benches, potentially reaching closer to $40,000. Structural work, such as the installation of a large window, may also increase costs.
4-Season Enclosure
Starting from
$45,000
A 4-season porch enclosure that is still separate from the living area and includes an HVAC system.
HVAC options include mini split heat pumps, heated floors, baseboard heating, or a combination of these systems.
Fully Integrated Porch Area
Starting from
$50,000
A fully integrated porch area that becomes part of the existing living space, often by removing the living room picture window for a more seamless flow.
New and existing floors can be integrated together for a cohesive look.
Additional Permit Service
Approximately

A porch enclosure will require a building permit. D2 Build Inc. provides a comprehensive preliminary zoning review to determine project feasibility. Our services include architectural design, structural design, permit submission drawings to the City, and obtaining the final permit.
