Jim is the best contractor I have ever hired for a job, and the only contractor for a full home renovation. He designed and built an entire home renovation for my current home. If there was ever any issue he would resolve immediately, even when something small came up 2 years later! I recently hired D2 to enclose my porch and was so impressed! Every single person we interacted with took pride in their work and showed up with professionalism. They arrived when they said they would, stayed on budget and schedule, and delivered exactly what we discussed. After the project wrapped, the Office Manager, Peter and the Project Coordinator, Stephanie, came by to personally see the finished work, check that we were happy, and brought us a plant as a little housewarming gift, which was a lovely gesture. A+ for D2! We highly recommend D2.  We had designed a 10x10' addition to our semi in East York, and within it a new bathroom and hallway, storage space and we also had a storage room that needed waterproofing and finishing.  D2's team made suggestions and lor efficiencies, they executed the demo and build at a high level and throughout the process we found them professional and responsive.  We expected a few bumps in the road as this is a 75 year old property in an area known for termites.  We felt D2 did a great job of helping us navigate those bumps, offering advice and options and letting us make decisions quickly so that we could move forward and keep on schedule.
